With a passion for sustainable practices and twenty two years of experience in the interactive design and development sphere, Vladimir has assembled a top notch team that performs miracles on a daily basis. Vladimir has a sharp eye and an innate ability to manage clients expectations, and make sure that the team is available on short notice when the times get tough. Vladimir received his degree in Electronic Media, Arts and Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

LYUDMILA POTAPOVA
DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER

With a keen eye for all things visual and a rich design background, from web to print, Lucy simultaneously juggles multiple priorities without missing a beat. She manages design projects and works with our support clients on a daily basis. Her love of creative (in any form) pushes the use of the latest design trends and technologies, helping to create beautiful and functional designs. Lucy studied Visual Communications at Cazenovia College.

KATHERINE SIMONOVA
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Katherine directs and manages complex technical initiatives from CRM systems to website backend and web application development. She is extremely thorough and detail oriented which helps to deliver complex systems on time. Katherine has eighteen years of development and project management experience and she has received Mathematics and Computer Science degree at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).

VOLGA BOLOTOVSKY
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Volga managers technical aspects of all client projects from website and web application development to day-to-day technical needs. She focuses on providing outstanding service to clients, and sustaining positive and productive client relationships. Volga has thirteen years of project management experience and she has received her degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.

Olga possess a perfect mix of traditional print and interactive design. She helps with delivering cutting edge collateral and packaging design, as well as translating visual identity into user friendly online experiences. Olga received her degree in Graphic Design from Parsons in New York.

VISUAL DESIGNER

Ekaterina is our collateral designer, with classy aesthetic and she helps us work on brands that have clean and organic design. Ekaterina received her degree in Graphic Design from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.

DEVELOPERS

Our developers are an extremely capable group of people who are as versatile in the complex database programming as they are in the light and flexible frontend coding. They love challenges and solving interesting problems.
