Need an impressive website, and need it ready for an upcoming conference or a client meeting? Don’t compromise on quality. We suggest creating a temporary, mini version of your dream site, in time for your important conference or meeting, while taking all the time that’s needed to grow the website that will serve you for years. In this case, our client, Walden Renewables, a company that fosters sustainable investments in renewable energy, needed just that.
Henry Weitzner founded Walden Renewables in 2011 to invest in green energy projects across the United States. Before launching his own company he was a Managing Director in Energy and Commodities at Barclays Capital. During his 10 years there, he built the energy trading and structuring business from the ground up. He focused on trading, structuring and financing in US Power, Natural Gas, RECs, Emissions, Coal, global LNG and forest products. Henry Weitzner negotiated, structured and risk managed numerous utility scale PPAs, energy off-take agreements, and natural gas supply contracts. He provided over $1 billion in inventory financing across the US Natural Gas and Oil storage industry. Henry Weitzner structured some of the earliest REC trades in California, moving RECs from a wind farm in Oregon into the California ISO.
We took the most important information that the client needed to convey, and created a highly graphical, dynamic landing page with cutting edge sliding functionality that is becoming our favorite method of navigation. Though our overall project timeline for the complete final website is about two months, we were able to deliver this mini website version in just under two weeks. Now that the client has an already impressive web presence, we are going back to the drawing boards to conceive, design and develop client’s dream website.
